The Epiphany Center held its 13th annual comedy cabaret benefit on January 27th at the Great American Music Hall. This year’s show was titled “The Dr. Pheel Show: an evening of group therapy with classic TV characters.” The benefit was graciously co-chaired by Terry Keyes and Ann Kauffman and generously sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank and Katie Budge. With 175 people in attendance, it was a rousing evening of fellowship and merriment, opening with a moving testimonial from an Epiphany Center graduate. In her words, “Every person at Epiphany has touched my heart, and I am grateful. I went from getting high on meth and running the streets to becoming who I am today—a loving, beautiful, smart, courageous, willing, trustworthy, and devoted woman to myself, kids, family and friends.” We deeply appreciate the Epiphany Center League, event committee, performers, sponsors, and attendees whose compassion makes a lifetime of difference to our families in need. |
