The Epiphany Center mission is to promote family unity by empowering families through their process of recovery to develop skills for a healthy life.

The Epiphany Center has its origins in a residential program for infants prenatally drug exposed which started in 1986 at the request of the San Francisco Department of Human Services. Reunification services to parents expanded into a recovery program as the broader needs of the families became apparent.
