Epiphany In Home Services provides parenting support services for at risk families with a child under the age of five. Family Support Specialists provide information on early intervention, child development, and referralsto appropriate services in the community. A Differential Response case manager works with families who have had a Child Protective Services report and are identified as low-risk. This service helps stabilize family functioning and prevents child removal from the home.
